YT Organizer

Privacy policy

Effective October 30, 2026

YT Organizer is an independent, private application operated by Alex Didorenko to manage a personal YouTube viewing library. It is not a public account-registration service.

Information the application uses

YT Organizer uses YouTube API Services. With the account owner's authorization, it accesses playlist and video identifiers, memberships, titles, descriptions, channel information, publication dates, durations, thumbnails and available like or dislike ratings. Available captions and transcripts, along with descriptions, may be collected to prepare factual digests.

The application also stores its own digests, viewing recommendations, explanations, human reviews, corrections and processing records. Google OAuth credentials are kept in private operator-controlled storage. The application does not ask for or store Google passwords.

Why this information is processed

The information is used to understand video content, suggest Watch, No Watch or unresolved decisions, identify relevant or overlapping material, learn the owner's preferences from confirmed feedback and perform expressly authorized playlist operations. A recommendation is the application's assessment, not a fact or endorsement supplied by YouTube. Missing evidence and uncertain recommendations can remain unresolved.

Storage and processing services

Source material and Organizer records are stored in private SQLite databases and recovery files controlled by the operator. The public website does not contain or expose those databases, playlist records or OAuth credentials.

These services process only the information supplied to them in the configured workflow. Organizer does not sell personal information or provide it for advertising. OAuth credentials are not included in model prompts or review exports.

Retention and deletion

The operator retains information needed for the private library, feedback and recovery, subject to applicable YouTube API data refresh and deletion requirements. Retention and deletion are handled by the operator; this public website is not a data-management console. Stored API data must be refreshed or deleted as required by YouTube's policies, including applicable 30-day limits.

To request deletion of stored account data, copies in review services or recovery files, contact didorenko.development@gmail.com. The operator handles deletion requests as soon as possible and within seven calendar days. Deleting Organizer's stored data does not delete videos, ratings or playlists on YouTube.

Revoke Google access

You can revoke the application's access at any time in Google Account connections and permissions. Revocation prevents further authorized access; it does not itself erase existing application copies. The operator must remove API data obtained under revoked authorization as soon as possible and within 30 days. Contact the operator to coordinate deletion across configured processing and review services.

This public website

The homepage and policy pages use no analytics, tracking cookies, embedded YouTube players or third-party fonts. AWS hosts the static pages and Cloudflare provides DNS. Infrastructure providers process network information needed to deliver and secure requests. The website does not collect Google sign-in credentials or offer a public sign-in form.

Contact and policy changes

For privacy questions or requests, email didorenko.development@gmail.com. Material changes to these data uses will be reflected here and require renewed consent where applicable.

Google services are also governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Other service policies: OpenAI, LangChain / LangSmith and Notion.
